Prayers for peace in the Holy Land

On Tuesday, 18th October our school united with the Church for a Day of Prayer and Sacrifice to pray for peace in the Holy Land. During the assembly we prayed for this intention and Years 9 and 10 gathered in the school hall for a presentation prepared by Mr Aloisio. During this presentation, Mr Aloisio explained the situation in Israel and Palestine by briefing the students of historic events in order for those present to understand better this sad situation. Our students showed great interest. After the Chaplain led prayers and hymns for peace.
