World Mission Sunday

On Sunday 23 October we celebrate World Mission Sunday.
Together with the Church around the world we remember the missionaries who spread the Good News with those in need. Pope Francis invites us to respond to the missionary call: “Mission is carried out together, not individually.”
This year’s theme is inspired from Acts 1:8, “You shall be my witnesses”, that we Christians are called to be missionaries and witness to Christ, whoever we are, wherever we are. For the Gospel of Christ and the mission of the Church there should be no boundaries.
