With deep sadness

With deep sadness we announce that Pierre Formosa, a Year 9 student from our school has passed away while he was abroad for treatment. Pierre was following online lessons when we received the sad news. This morning we announced the sad news to our Year 9 students and classmates of Pierre. Later all the school was informed of this terrible news. We are all so shocked and saddened by this sudden loss. The Guidance teachers, the Counsellor, and Assistant Heads together with professionals from the Secretariat offered help and support for the whole day.
The Board of Directors, the Administrative Team and all the staff of St Michael School would like to express their sincere condolences to the parents and relatives of dearest Pierre. Only faith can sustain us during this difficult time. May God grant him eternal rest.
