Job Shadowing in Germany

The Job Shadowing experience of Mr. Ryan Galea and Mrs. Maria Caruana at the Staatliche Wirtschaftsschule in Germany, undertaken as part of the Erasmus+ initiative, has now concluded. This experience proved to be highly beneficial, emphasizing innovative pedagogical approaches and diverse teaching methodologies, including the extensive integration of technology. These elements will facilitate the development of future educational projects. The educators expressed their gratitude for this opportunity, which equipped them with valuable tools and practical strategies to enhance their instructional practices. Furthermore, they engaged in meaningful discussions with fellow educators, sharing best practices, addressing existing challenges, and generating new ideas.
